Hosting

Hosting for a website is the equivalent of rent for an office space. ICHRONstudio builds your office for you, but it has to be "hosted" somewhere for people to find it. By having us host the website, we can easily access the backend, update software, quickly troubleshoot any issues, and build the initial website efficiently. This saves you time and money. We use Liquid Web, the second largest hosting company in the world, with a 99.99% up-time guarantee.

Hosting will be paid:*

Monthly and is due 30 days from start of site construction.
Yearly (potential for 10% discount!)

Agreement Terms*

2 hours of Proofing is included as part of the 10 hour build total. I will be charged hourly after 2 hours at rate of $59.99 an hour.
I am not paying half down and half upon completion. I am placing a downpayment and will be billed monthly, 30 days, after the down payment.
After 90 days my project is considered completed and additional fees may be required to continue.
I am responsible to provide content, text, and images. If I do not my site will be considered complete as per the scope of this work. Content can be provided with additional fees.
ICHRONstudio does not offer refunds on work that has been completed. You will be refunded based on work that was not done.
Failure to make payment on any items will result in the suspension of my site.
A $200 cancellation fee will apply if I need to end the project before the due date.
I agree to the use of my electronic signature for the purpose of this Agreement.

This agreement is to easily define what the purchaser is paying for. All products and services that are purchased to build, host, or develop the website are listed and included in a direct invoice.The Standard Web Build assumes 10 hours of work. Additional hours will not be billed without authorization of the purchaser. Initial consultation and blueprint meeting are not part of the build time. The purchaser is not buying a website but our time to build a website on their behalf.All work is considered work for hire. ICHRONstudio does not "own" any properties digital or otherwise that are created or developed by this agreement.
